Our ice creams, sorbets, and popsicles are crafted using a blend of traditional techniques, stemming from Tocumbo, Michoacan, Mexico, and new techniques. Every flavor is made fresh in-store daily to bring a taste of Tocumbo to life here in Santa Fe Springs.

I can try to explain the flavor and texture but I wouldn’t be doing it justice. Another is the “lemon con chamoy popsicle”. So refreshing on a hot day. I almost want to drive there right now ...
Just the real deal, plenty of choices to pick as snacks, ice cream, paletas, nachos, corn on a cob (various), esquites and freshly made aguas frescas 👍🏻 Finally something good in the area!!
So glad to have a store like this close to home. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming! All the snacks we ordered (fruit bionicos, nachos and corn esquite) were delicious and flavorful! Definitely coming back. 🤗
Our Story
From Scientist to Ice Cream Artist
Noe Galvan, PhD, stepped away from his career in Science and Quality Assurance to follow his passion for traditional ice cream and popsicles, bringing his roots from Tocumbo, Michoacan, Mexico to Santa Fe Springs. He applies his years of experience as Scientist and Quality Assurance with upbringing in the “Ice Cream / Popsicle Capital” of Mexico and a commitment to his community to crafting delicious, high quality treats and giving back.
